About

Hi, my name is Jody Williams,

and I’m so glad you’re here. My passion for mindfulness and personal growth isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal.

These tools have transformed my own life, helping me move through struggles with addiction and mental health into a place of healing, resilience, and clarity.

I know firsthand how challenging the path can feel, but I also know how powerful it is to take that first step.

For over 25 years, I’ve been combining ancient mindfulness practices with cutting-edge neuroscience to help others find the same transformation I’ve experienced.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of training with remarkable teachers like Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, earning certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, and Positive Neuroplasticity.

These experiences have shaped my approach, which is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the human experience.

Today, I use these tools to guide people from all walks of life—whether it’s executives managing stress, individuals navigating personal crises, or those seeking peace in the most challenging environments, like the prison system, where I provide Buddhist pastoral care.

My work is about creating safe, nurturing spaces where growth and transformation can happen, no matter where you’re starting from.

I also love sharing resources to support your well-being.

Be sure to check out my blog for reflections and insights, and explore my free meditations to help you build or deepen your mindfulness practice. These resources are here for you, whenever you need them.

If you’re ready to move toward a life of clarity, healing, and possibility, I’d be honoured to walk this path with you.

You don’t have to do it alone.

I'm here to support you, and together, we can discover what’s possible.

Warmly,

Jody
