This six-week in-person program is built for men who want real strength, real mobility, and a clearer, calmer mind in everyday life. No pressure. No comparison. No BS.Just simple movements, functional mobility, intentional breathing, and a weekly reset that helps you feel grounded again.


Why This Class Works

As men age, the first things to tighten are the hips, back, and shoulders. Stress shows up as tension and irritability. And workouts that used to help now add more strain.
