Basic Zen

Finger-Tip Grounding
Rub your thumb across each fingertip slowly. Notice the texture, heat, and sensation. Stay curious.
Soft Gaze Reset
Pick a spot ahead of you. Soften your eyes. Breathe normally. Let the world blur around the edges.
Mantra Breath
Inhale slowly and think: “Here.”Exhale slowly and think: “Now.”Repeat for five breaths.
Deep Zen

Palm Press
Press your palms together firmly for 10 seconds. Release slowly and relax your arms completely.
Shoulder Melt
Inhale deeply. Shrug your shoulders up to your ears. Exhale and roll them back and down. Repeat twice.
Silent Countdown
Close your eyes. Count backward from 10 to 1 slowly in your mind—one breath per number.

Micro Sway
Gently sway your body side to side like a tree in soft wind. No force — just natural, small movements.

Barefoot Mind
Feel your feet (bare or in shoes) against the earth. Imagine roots growing down, anchoring you.

Outbreath Whisper
As you exhale, mentally whisper: “Let go.”Let each outbreath release tension.
Sensory Zen
Tongue Drop
Relax your tongue off the roof of your mouth. Notice how your jaw and breath soften naturally.
